March 9, 2016

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. — QLIPP™, the “Ultimate Tennis Performance Sensor,” has joined the Tennis Industry Association. QLIPP is a tennis sensor that fits any racquet like a dampener and tells the player the quality of his or her tennis stroke in real time. As a new Tech Partner of the TIA, QLIPP™ empowers players with technology that can be used to enhance and expand the tennis-playing experience.

“We’re excited to be a TIA tech partner,” says CEO Donny Soh. “We believe TIA has great partners within the tennis community and this relationship between TIA and QLIPP™ can only spell synergy for the tennis industry.”

The QLIPP™ Tennis Sensor has been used by players of all abilities for match play, lessons and clinics, and Cardio Tennis, among other programs. Recent app updates include video recording and slow-motion playback functions, sharing of your best tennis video moments on social media, and score-keeping, adds Soh.

“We’re pleased to have QLIPP get involved as a member of the Tennis Industry Association,” says TIA Executive Director Jolyn de Boer. “The TIA continues to monitor the trends in technology including the rapid rise of the smart product market with the new opportunities being created to reach more consumers and drive the business of tennis.”
