GoRaqt Partners with Dunlop as First Ball Supplier for Courtside Smart Kiosks

March 12, 2025

New York City, March 12, 2025 — GoRaqt, the world’s first courtside smart kiosk designed to provide racquet sports players with instant access to premium equipment, is proud to announce Dunlop as its inaugural tennis ball supplier. This partnership marks a major milestone in GoRaqt’s mission to enhance the on-court experience by offering players high-quality gear exactly where they need it.

GoRaqt’s smart kiosks are strategically placed near tennis, pickleball, and padel courts, enabling players to purchase essential items such as tennis balls, as well as demo or rent premium racquets, paddles, and bats. With user-friendly touchscreen interfaces, contactless payment options, and UV-disinfection of equipment, GoRaqt delivers unparalleled convenience and safety to tennis and other racquet sport enthusiasts at public courts, sports clubs, HOAs, hotels & resorts, and camps.

Dunlop, a global leader in tennis equipment and innovation, will supply its industry-renowned tennis balls to GoRaqt kiosks, ensuring players have access to products known for their performance, durability, and consistency. From casual practice sessions to competitive matches, players can now rely on GoRaqt kiosks stocked with Dunlop balls to stay game-ready.

A Dunlop-branded smart kiosk will be on display at the 2025 Miami Open Presented by Itau, March 16-30, at Dunlop’s booth on the exhibitors’ floor.

“Getting the right equipment in players’ hands has been too disjointed for too long,” says GoRaqt founder John P. Missale. “By showing up courtside, GoRaqt removes the hassle for players and manufacturers alike, using technology as a means to expand the opportunity to play as well as help new and existing players improve their game. With partners like Dunlop, who is known for tennis equipment innovation, racquet sports is about to become much more accessible.”

The GoRaqt system consists of:
• The GoRaqt Smart Kiosk. With interactive touchscreen, the kiosks rents and sells racquets, paddles, bats, and balls. It also facilitates racquet stringing and regripping via the kiosk’s attached lockers.
• A companion GoRaqt digital app to reserve equipment, connect players with one another and with coaches, and provide content aimed at improving the user’s game from both technique and lifestyle perspectives.
• Integrated third-party apps, including AI sensors and shot tracking and analysis.

“Dunlop is thrilled to be the first manufacturer to officially partner with GoRaqt,” said Jamie Douglas, Director of Marketing & Product – Racket Sports at Dunlop. “Innovation and accessibility are core values for us, and this collaboration is a natural fit. Joining forces with GoRaqt, which offers ball recycling at the kiosk, dovetails perfectly with the introduction of Dunlop’s new more sustainable tennis ball packaging initiatives.”

The rollout of GoRaqt kiosks featuring Dunlop tennis balls will begin in 2025 at select tennis facilities in New Jersey, Florida, and San Diego, with plans for rapid expansion to hundreds of locations nationwide. Players can look forward to finding Dunlop’s ATP Tour ball, The No.1 ball on tour, at GoRaqt smart kiosks.

This collaboration represents a significant leap forward in racquet sports innovation, combining GoRaqt’s cutting-edge technology with Dunlop’s expertise and reputation for quality. Together, the two companies are setting a new standard for convenience, performance, and accessibility in the sport.
