[CHICAGO] — Luxilon strings were the top choice for the champions of Wimbledon. Most notably, the women’s singles champion Petra Kvitova who won her 1st Grand Slam title while competing in her first Grand Slam final match. Kvitova used ALU Power 125 in her racquet as she took on Maria Sharapova.

History was made in the men’s doubles final, as the Bryan Brothers used Timo 110 in their racquets to win their 2nd Wimbledon title and an impressive 11th Grand Slam title. This was their 73rd career title which is the most in Men’s doubles history.

In women’s doubles, part of the champion team, Katarina Srebotnik used ALU Power to claim the victory with partner Peschke. And in the men’s singles round of 16, twelve of the sixteen men used Luxilon strings to elevate their game.
