Tyler, TX getting ‘ultimate lifestyle’ club

November 4, 2015

Tyler, TX – Cliff Drysdale Management, the nation’s leading tennis management company and Oak Creek Development of Tyler, TX have joined together to provide Tyler residents with a new multi-million dollar tennis, fitness and swim facility located along Oak Creek Boulevard.

Oak Creek Development is Tyler’s newest master planned community. Located along the fast growing Old Jacksonville corridor, Oak Creek continues the vision of the developers as a place where residents come to live, work, and play.

Last month, Cliff Drysdale Management purchased a ten acre parcel within Oak Creek on which they will develop a 14,000 square foot clubhouse, outdoor pool and recreation areas, as well as 12 lighted tennis courts. The amenity will be available to transitioned members of the current Tyler Tennis & Swim club located on Shiloh Rd, Oak Creek residents, as well as a limited number of single and family memberships for the public.

“We are thrilled to bring our brand of a healthy lifestyle club to the residents of Oak Creek and the Tyler community,” stated Don Henderson, CEO of Cliff Drysdale Management. “Unlike ‘Big Box’ gyms and chain clubs, our Ultimate Lifestyle Clubs are designed to offer world-class tennis facilities and state-of-the-art fitness programs in a comfortable, spacious and inviting atmosphere. Our ‘boutique’ approach to tennis, fitness and social interaction is a key element of the mission that every Ultimate Lifestyle Club promises to our members.”

“Tyler Oak Creek is very excited about this partnership with Cliff Drysdale Management,” stated Steve Thornton of Oak Creek Development. “We look forward to the new club opening and having this amenity center as part of our community.”

Cliff Drysdale Management purchased and has managed the current Tyler Tennis & Swim club since September of 2014 with the goal of transitioning the membership to the new facility upon completion. Groundbreaking is anticipated to occur in early January 2016, with the new club opening set for the first quarter of 2017.
