Tennis Channel, ZipRecruiter Partner for Road to Roland Garros

LOS ANGELES, May 10, 2022 – Tennis Channel and online employment marketplace ZipRecruiter are teaming up during the spring series of clay-court events leading into the French Open at the end of May. As the inaugural sponsor for the network’s annual Road to Roland Garros coverage, ZipRecruiter touchpoints reach television, online and streaming platforms throughout April and May. ZipRecruiter will also introduce specially created Tennis Channel content that will debut in May.

The fully integrated partnership connects ZipRecruiter and Tennis Channel audiences with several of the most beautiful locations on the professional tennis circuit – among them Rome, Madrid and Monaco. On-air activations include in-coverage features, sponsor lockup logos and co-branded Road to Roland Garros creative. ZipRecruiter will take over websites Tennis.com and TennisChannel.com at different points this spring, and each will present users with customized editorial content. Tennis Magazine will also include native integration within its pages in align with the series partnership.

ZipRecruiter-branded Road to Roland Garros content will also take root on Tennis Channel’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platforms as will linear in-match features.

Unique in the partnership, ZipRecruiter and Tennis Channel are developing a three-part series about the business of tennis, which will begin running in May. Each segment will view this through the lens of the network’s operations executives and staff, and appear on Sinclair Broadcast Group digital properties throughout 2022 after first running on Tennis Channel’s television network.

Each April and May the Road to Roland Garros links more than a dozen clay-court events as the best players in tennis play their way toward Roland Garros, commonly referred to as the French Open, May 22-June 5. One of the sport’s four majors, the French Open is the world’s most prestigious clay tennis tournament, and among the most majestic events in all of sports. Tennis Channel’s coverage of the two-week event will offer live television matches throughout the day, with live and on-demand matches on streaming platform Tennis Channel Plus. The recently launched T2 free ad-supported television network will also carry live French Open matches, as will Bally Sport regional sports networks owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group.
