October 23, 2023
Forest Hill, MD – The American Sports Builders Association (ASBA), the national organization for builders, designers and suppliers of materials for athletic facilities, has announced its plans to participate in the inaugural RacquetX Conference, to be held in Miami, Florida, concurrent with the Miami Open in March.
A global first, RacquetX is a conference for all racquet sports under one roof, encouraging ideas and collaboration between industry professionals in tennis, pickleball, padel, racquetball and beyond. It has been established to celebrate the current boom in racquet sports and will be one of the highlights of the industry calendar when the inaugural conference runs from March 24-26, 2024, the middle weekend of the Miami Open tennis tournament.
RacquetX will be held in the Miami Beach Convention Center. ASBA will have a presence on the exhibit hall floor and will be sponsoring a panel session with member participants, “Trends in (Re)Designing and Building a Racquet Sports Facility.”
The brainchild of events guru Robyn Duda and entrepreneur Marco Giberti, RacquetX is the exciting culmination of huge growth across the sector. Racquetball will join the conference’s three headline sports, tennis, pickleball and padel.
RacquetX Co-Founder Robyn Duda has noted, “Racquet sports is truly one of the most exciting sectors out there right now, and this is the place to take advantage of that. Whether you’re a seasoned industry professional, an investor, a club owner or parks and recreation planner or even just a fan, there will be incredible experiences for everyone at RacquetX.”
