Charleston, SC (November 5, 2024) — McMahon Careers, the private club industry’s only Executive Search, Career Coaching and Executive Education firm focused solely on Racquet Sports, has announced the addition of a second class of the Certified Racquet Sports Executive (CRSE) Program for the first time in the program’s history. The announcement was made after the original 2025 class of (30) professionals filled at a record pace.

With 150 program graduates from across the country, the CRSE Program is an intensive 10-month, multi-module, experiential learning program for racquet sports professionals who desire to build and develop their off-court, business-focused skills. Participants in the program participate in live educational classes, one-to-one private-coaching, and small group discussion sessions, The program accepts only (30) professionals in each class and is designed to provide an intimate and personalized experience for professionals who aspire to manage, administer, and direct a racquet sports program more effectively, more professionally, and more confidently.

The program’s founder and McMahon Careers president, Mark McMahon in announcing the new class, said, “The interest in the program makes it clear to me that today’s racquet sports professionals truly recognize and appreciate the importance of specialized education on, and off the court.
