McMahon Careers Announces Record-Breaking 6th Cohort of Certified Racquet Sports Executives

Mount Pleasant, SC — McMahon Careers, the racquet sports industry’s leading executive education and search firm, is proud to recognize the graduates of the sixth Certified Racquet Sports Executive (CRSE) Program.
The 2025 CRSE class marks a milestone year for the program, which now counts more than 200 graduates nationwide. The 10-month, multi-module program continues to set the standard for off-court professional education, equipping racquet sports leaders with advanced business, management, and strategic development skills.
Responding to record demand, CRSE expanded for the first time to include a second in-person day on Wednesdays in addition to the original Tuesday session. The result: the largest and most diverse graduating cohort to date.
This year’s class of 60 professionals represents a cross-section of racquet sports operations—from private country clubs and resorts to community centers and multi-sport facilities. Graduates of the CRSE Program are now serving in leadership roles across tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis, helping to elevate standards of management and member experience in clubs across the United States.
With the continued growth of the CRSE network, McMahon Careers reaffirms its mission to advance the professional caliber of racquet sports leadership and strengthen the industry’s executive pipeline.
